The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, &#038; Analytical Industries. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Brief <\/h3>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits. <\/p>\n<h3>ACCOUNTABILITIES <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to Zahrawi Policies &#038; Procedures as applicable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify new potential customers. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends to identify new products and understand their advantages and disadvantages. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and assist with new product releases and events. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish contact with new customers, inform them of our products, understand their needs, and how we can help. <\/li>\n<li>Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up with new customers after demonstrations to negotiate contracts and packages. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all contract details are compliant with our rules &#038; regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Procurement &#038; Logistics to send products and ensure timely delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u062a\u0633\u0648\u064a\u0642 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Marketing for any new materials to be developed. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend new products to existing customers as per their needs and provide support to ensure strong relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Provide product demonstrations and gather feedback from existing customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assist customers in answering all product-related questions professionally and promptly. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend service improvements to build on relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Advise on new product recommendations to increase revenue. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality service by upholding Zahrawi standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contribute to the team effort by achieving the annual targets set by management and assisting the team when needed. <\/p>\n<h3>Operating Theatre (If Applicable) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing support with any equipment-related issues encountered during procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Tracking <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Orders <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Invoicing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing and follow up on collection\/payments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u062a\u0648\u0635\u064a\u0644 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0637\u0628\u064a\u0642 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with the equipment being used. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues customers might face while using the equipment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Additional details: <\/b> Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE.
