The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, &#038; Analytical Industries. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Brief <\/h3>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits. <\/p>\n<p><b>ACCOUNTABILITIES <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies &#038; Procedures as applicable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting market research to identify new potential customers. <\/li>\n<li>Analyzing market trends to identify new products in the market and understanding their advantages and disadvantages. <\/li>\n<li>Planning and assisting with new product releases and events. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understanding their need and how we can help them. <\/li>\n<li>Providing potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gathering their feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Following up with the new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all details of the contract are compliant with our rules &#038; regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Following up with the Procurement &#038; Logistics team with regards to sending them the products and ensuring that it reaches them on time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u062a\u0633\u0648\u064a\u0642 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be done. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance. <\/li>\n<li>Recommending new products to existing customers as per their need and providing them with support, information, and guidance to ensure a great relationship with them. <\/li>\n<li>Providing existing customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gathering their feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Assisting the customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Recommending new service improvements to further build on the relationship. <\/li>\n<li>Advising helpful new product recommendations and suggestions to customers to increase revenue. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiating contracts and packages with existing customers. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contributing to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by the management and assisting the team when needed. <\/p>\n<h3>Operating Theatre (If Applicable) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing support with any equipment-related issues they may encounter during procedures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Tracking <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Orders <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Placing orders to the concerned purchase coordinator. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Invoicing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of the products and following up with them with regards to the collection\/payment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u062a\u0648\u0635\u064a\u0644 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely deliveries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0637\u0628\u064a\u0642 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting training session to customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assisting the customers with the equipment that is being used. <\/li>\n<li>Solving any issues that they might be facing while using the equipment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Additional details: <\/b> Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE.
