Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. <\/p>\n
Handle client feedback and complaints gracefully, ensuring prompt resolution. <\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. <\/p>\n
Requirements : <\/u> Previous experience as a hostess, client relations officer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred. <\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n
Professional appearance and a positive attitude. <\/p>\n
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. <\/p>\n
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. <\/p>\n
English language is a must, additional languages is an advantage. <\/p>\n
