As a Waiter \/ Waitress you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit is a memorable dining experience. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel <\/li>\n<li>Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way <\/li>\n<li>Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests <\/li>\n<li>Consistently monitor quality of food &#038; beverage being served <\/li>\n<li>Attend to customer complaints\/queries satisfactorily and maintain good customer relations <\/li>\n<li>Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage service before, during and after service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scene) <\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage <\/li>\n<li>Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education, Qualifications &#038; Experiences <\/h3>\n<p>You should ideally have a diploma \/ degree in hospitality or vocational training in food &#038; beverage with previous experience as a Waiter \/ Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
