Our client, a Media Company, are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their HR team in Dubai. Reporting into the Head of HR you will work alongside another Recruiter to fill the vacancies they have within the MENA region. This will initially be a 6 month contract with the view to be permanent.

\u2022 Advertise vacancies internally & externally.
\u2022 Identify potential candidates by screening resumes.
\u2022 Conduct first stage interviews with potential candidates to screen against the job descriptions of the role.
\u2022 Shortlist candidates to line managers for next stage of the interview process.
\u2022 Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent within the market.
\u2022 Liaise with managers and candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
\u2022 Organise travel and hotel bookings for candidates who are travelling for face to face interviews from abroad.
\u2022 Put together offer letters and submit to candidates.
\u2022 Be involved in the on-boarding process for new starters. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Have at least 3 years of experience either in-house or within an agency.
\u2022 Regional experience is required.
\u2022 Experience managing a large number of vacancies at a time.
\u2022 Experience working on positions at all levels.
\u2022 Team player.
\u2022 Proactive.
\u2022 Organised individual.
\u2022 Experience working in a multicultural environment.
\u2022 Arabic speakers will be prioritised. <\/p>\n
