{"id":52781,"date":"2025-11-15T12:58:22","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:58:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/environmental-health-and-safety-officer-emirati-talent\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:58:23","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:58:23","slug":"environmental-health-and-safety-officer-emirati-talent","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/environmental-health-and-safety-officer-emirati-talent\/","title":{"rendered":"Environmental Health and Safety Officer &#8211; Emirati Talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2630665<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Health and Safety professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and direct a team that remains in compliance with top quality food and beverage products through prompt, accurate and personalized service. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the EHS and food safety management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with HACCP\/ISO standards as well as local and international regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide the top management with the necessary reports on the EHS and food safety management system established within the property along with recommendations for improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Lead or participate in various types of EHS\/HACCP\/ISO\/Sustainability\/OHSMS compliance and\/or management system audits and provide guidance on conformance and corrective actions required. <\/li>\n<li>Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance in food safety, occupational safety &#038; environmental regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all audit results, evaluate trends, communicate results and establish action plans to ensure hotel remains in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in incident investigation and document root cause, communicate results and set corrective actions required to prevent reoccurrence. Monitor \/ identify relevant changes in Sustainability\/Health and Safety \/ Food safety local regulations and update the internal procedures, policies and forms accordingly. <\/li>\n<li>Drive improvement and track goals achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS goals and measurements. Review action plans with the Hotel EHS committee to reach the set goals. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct training for all employees on EHS and food safety policies and procedures. Undertake regular EHS and food safety inspections at the workplace and implement corrective action where required. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the suppliers \/ contractors are complying with the EHS &#038; food safety standards through audits and communications. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs etc.) related to EHSMS &#038; food safety and the corresponding reports. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to implement corporate social responsibility activities aimed at contributing positively to the community and environment. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Rotana Earth programs within the hotel. <\/li>\n<li>Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests\u2019 and employees\u2019 health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment. <\/li>\n<li>Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop OHSMS manuals, policies and procedures and review periodically or less if required. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the implementation of OHS System and monitor the system through inspections, meetings (e.g., OHS meetings, Management review) with the Head of departments as well as the operational colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Retain active involvement in periodic reviews and assisting in setting EHS objectives and targets. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that new employees receive all OHS trainings related to their specific tasks. Report to senior management and sector regulatory authority on the OHSMS performance. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Legal requirements are updated, communicated, and implemented throughout the property. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and plan audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OHS regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and communicate all audit results.
