Be familiar with local market &#038; suppliers. Recommend menu changes according to seasonal product availability. <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests. Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Anantara presentation guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain food safety &#038; protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain outlet safety at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for asset management of all outlet property and facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in departmental training to improve departmental skills and hotel service levels, providing team members the training and resources to take care of our guests. <\/li>\n<li>Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Profil <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen, with a focus on Arabic cuisine <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation styles <\/li>\n<li>Culinary degree or formal training from a recognized institution preferred <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and train junior kitchen staff <\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards (HACCP certification is a plus) <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality and presentation <\/li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork skills <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and leadership skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0625\u0636\u0627\u0641\u064a\u0629 <\/b> Relocate to remote area <\/p>\n<h3>Company description <\/h3>\n<p>Relax, unwind and embrace the enigmatic allure of the Empty Quarter at the newly rejuvenated, award-winning Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara.
