This role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the UAE labor market, construction industry specifics, and a proven track record of managing HR functions for a substantial workforce involved in complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to a productive and compliant work environment. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in the construction and\/or operations industry within the UAE is mandatory. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing HR for large-scale projects and a substantial workforce. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&#8217;s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and best HR practices. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures within the UAE construction market. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including project managers, site supervisors, and laborers. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to HR challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding project environment. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is essential; Management <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of staff within construction and operations, from project managers and engineers to skilled laborers, ensuring timely and efficient hiring for large projects. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, particularly for project-based roles, to ensure smooth integration and productivity. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans, with a focus on project-specific performance metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Identify training and development needs for project teams and coordinate relevant programs to enhance skills and capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Employee Relations &#038; Welfare <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and resolve complex employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policy and UAE labor law, often involving diverse workforces on large project sites. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee employee welfare programs, benefits administration, and compensation reviews, ensuring competitiveness within the UAE construction market. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>HR Operations &#038;
