Our team brings together experienced project managers, technical designers, and on-site construction experts to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. <\/p>\n<p>This group plays a crucial role in supporting Oracle\u2019s data needs and driving the growth of our global cloud platform. <\/p>\n<h3>Required Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, including advanced scheduling and tracking <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex challenges in fast-paced environments <\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies and program-level requirements <\/li>\n<li>Deep technical knowledge of data center design, construction, and operations with a focus on emerging technologies and sustainability <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams under pressure, mentoring, and inspiring project staff <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project budget creation, management, and optimization <\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and budgets <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget \/ spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project \/ product on schedule and within budget constraints.
