You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential to the company&#8217;s success as it helps expand market reach, strengthen customer loyalty, and contribute to overall revenue growth. <\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet or exceed sales targets for the Middle East region by actively prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding relationships with existing clients. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage accounts, forecast sales, and maintain accurate customer records. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Local BDM and cross-functional teams\u2014including Marketing, Product, Implementation and customer support\u2014to align on strategies, coordinate campaigns, and ensure a seamless client experience. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals via phone, email, or video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to address specific client needs. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular follow-ups, providing timely support, and addressing inquiries or concerns. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable agreements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams on potential product or service enhancements. <\/li>\n<li>Generate and present regular sales reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market insights to management and relevant stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate billing, and timely fulfillment of orders for MENA clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Bring <\/h3>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Requirements for Field Sales Account Manager \u2013 Middle East Region <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>Education &#038; Experience: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Certification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar experience in Customer support or a related field <\/p>\n<p>Minimum <b>2-5 years <\/b> of experience in inside sales, account management, Customer Support or a related field <\/p>\n<p>Experience in <b>B2B sales <\/b> and working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) <\/p>\n<p>Strong <b>negotiation and persuasion <\/b> skills <\/p>\n<p>Excellent <b>verbal and written communication <\/b> skills in Arabic and English <\/p>\n<p>Ability to <b>build and maintain customer relationships <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office Suite <\/b> (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools <\/p>\n<p>Strong <b>problem-solving <\/b> and critical-thinking abilities <\/p>\n<p>Ability to <b>multi-task and prioritize <\/b> in a fast-paced environment <\/p>\n<p><b>Personal Attributes: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>Goal-oriented <\/b> with a proven track record of meeting\/exceeding sales targets <\/p>\n<p><b>Self-motivated and proactive <\/b> in driving sales and business growth <\/p>\n<p>Strong <b>team player <\/b> with the ability to work collaboratively <\/p>\n<p>Adaptable to changing sales strategies and market conditions <\/p>\n<p><b>Physical &#038;
