{"id":52909,"date":"2025-11-15T12:59:55","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:59:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/people-analyst-hr-business-partner\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:59:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:59:57","slug":"people-analyst-hr-business-partner","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/people-analyst-hr-business-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"People Analyst &#8211; HR Business Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2635896<\/p>\n<p><h3>About the role <\/h3>\n<p>As a People Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience and supporting organisational effectiveness by delivering day-to-day HR services and implementing strategic HR initiatives across the bank.Reporting to the Vice President \u2013 HR Business Partnering, this role collaborates closely with Senior HR Business Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams including Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<p>Collaboration &#038; Administration <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with centralised HR teams to manage daily employee requests and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, leave, and job titles. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate requisition launches and internal transfers, ensuring updates to organisational charts. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain HR reports (e.g., turnover, absence, headcount). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank guidelines, and internal HR policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recruitment Participation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support recruitment processes in coordination with Talent Acquisition. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in Emirati talent selection and onboarding activities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth documentation and induction for new hires. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employee Lifecycle Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage employee changes (joiners\/leavers) and support the full HR lifecycle. <\/li>\n<li>Provide operational HR support including performance management and issue resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Administer engagement sessions and support the Employee Engagement Survey process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employee Relations Support <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for minor employee relations issues. <\/li>\n<li>Guide employees on HR policies, leave, and grievance procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in disciplinary and conflict resolution matters. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Collaboration &#038; Structural Alignment <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to HR projects and initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Senior HRBP on structural changes aligned with strategic goals and cost management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/b>: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Banking &#038; Finance, Law, or related field. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b>: 3 to 5 years in HR Operations or Generalist HR functions.
