Communities, LEED (asset level), Mostadam, and other accreditation schemes the projects opt to pursue. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance &#038; reporting on the implementation of sustainability accreditation requirements by contractors, consultants, business partners, &#038; supply chains as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Review and monitor compliance with master plan sustainability requirements on assets, public realm, infrastructure, and master plan development. <\/li>\n<li>Support development and implementation of site-wide waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Review and assure asset design compliance with waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the development and implementation of sustainability accreditation strategies, systems, policies, and procedures, including the provision of training, awareness, and capacity building. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other teams to promote synergy and to ensure that the sustainability team is integrated with Corporate and other Division&#8217;s policies, manuals, and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Direct the performance of the Sustainability Accreditations team toward meeting or exceeding sustainability and Project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/b>: Minimum Bachelor&#8217;s degree in architecture, engineering, sustainability, and environment. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b>: Minimum 10 years experience in sustainability and\/or sustainability accreditation. <\/li>\n<li><b>Professional Certifications Preferred <\/b>: LEED BD+C AP, Mostadam AP, Estidama AP, GSAS AP <\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project schedules. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, and placemaking concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience in the delivery of large-scale sustainability projects, especially in client or client-representative roles. <\/li>\n<li>Middle East sustainability accreditation experience is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-02-27 08:38:48<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-52974","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
