This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Budgeting &#038; Forecasting <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results. <\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build detailed financial forecasts, including projections of P&#038;L, BS, and CF statements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Modeling <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business opportunities and support valuations <\/li>\n<li>Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modeling. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Reporting &#038; Analysis <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. <\/li>\n<li>Performing scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of different assumptions and variables <\/li>\n<li>Evaluating financial information critically, identifying potential issues, and suggesting effective solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitor financials and strategies to benchmark performance and identify opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development of long-term strategic plans. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field <\/li>\n<li>MBA or professional certification (CFA\/CA\/ACCA) is a preferred. <\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, modeling, or related area. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Competencies <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Technical: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA\/macros for automation and efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in developing and reviewing complex financial models <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Data Sciences applications and working knowledge of Business intelligence tools <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and practical experience with various valuation methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), and comparable company analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial models, forecasts, and reports. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities <\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>Strong ethical standards and integrity.
