This position is a senior professional, individual contributor contract development role requiring fundamental knowledge of CB&#038;I Storage Solutions markets, products, clients, and customers. The role directly reports to the regional business development lead and routinely interacts with the regional operation leads. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior individual contributor responsible for new business proposals and contracts for a sub-region or a single country <\/li>\n<li>Identifies and mitigates the risk involved with commercial terms and conditions, contract structure and pricing, interfacing with the Legal and Finance Departments, as appropriate <\/li>\n<li>Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and keep all information accurate and current <\/li>\n<li>Outline, write, edit and organize proposal documents, while also making timely edits and revisions to documents after reviews <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Legal and other corporate teams to provide and ensure comprehensive input <\/li>\n<li>Work with the project bid team to ensure that the company liabilities and legal obligations are contractually defined <\/li>\n<li>Review invitation to bid documents in conjunction with other applicable corporate departments <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that submitted proposals fully address all Commercial, Legal and Taxation matters <\/li>\n<li>Ensure there is a clearly defined Commercial execution strategy for all proposals submitted <\/li>\n<li>Review scope of \u201cinvitation to bid documents\u201d for proposals and recommend to the Business Development Specialist\/Manager the optimum split of work into packages, considering the geographical location, capability, and track record of local contractors, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Identify in conjunction with Legal, the obligations in the contract that are either obligatory flow downs or those which may be required to flow down and advise Subcontract Manager <\/li>\n<li>Review commercial issues related to working in new territories and locations or with new clients; and provide advice and support to the team <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all projects have in place at award, a commercial baseline and contract summary documentation <\/li>\n<li>Provide input to the project control and accounting procedures, processes and systems <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Risk Management, Project Controls and value improvement processes are fully and uniformly deployed and managed in accordance with procedure throughout the duration of the contract. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the best commercial interests of the company are maintained, through policing of the contract <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all deviations from standard Terms &#038; Conditions are properly evaluated, mitigated and approved by the responsible functions <\/li>\n<li>Prepares regional frame agreements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Local Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preference to have experience in preparing proposal for various storage solutions (atmospheric tanks, low temp &#038; cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels (e.g. spheres) and storage terminal works. <\/li>\n<li>Preference to have experience and\/or familiar with regional requirements (i.e. working conditions, prevailing laws) in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge\/experience with Energy Transition is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Level Proposals Position works independently with little supervision <\/li>\n<li>10+ Years of commercial contracting\/legal (3+ Years&#8217; experience in EPC Operations preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Typically, 8+ years since first degree <\/li>\n<li>Professional degree (Engineering or BS Preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CB&#038;I Storage Engineering, Fabrication, and Construction method <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CB&#038;I Storage Solutions&#8217;
