You will have proven experience as a Researcher within an Executive Search practice, of a Recruitment Consultant who has worked on Senior Level positions. <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team for TIG (The IN Group) Dubai. <\/b> We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. looking for: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Experience in recruiting throughout the GCC <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>2 or more years of experience in researcher position, ideally within executive search. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using various research tools and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) approaches to identify high-potential candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future executive search engagements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate Evaluation: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct preliminary assessments and screenings of identified candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for review by senior consultants and clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Database Management: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update the executive search database with accurate and current candidate and client information. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all research activities and candidate interactions are documented appropriately. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior consultants and partners to understand client needs and position specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings to provide research insights and support. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Reporting: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on research findings, candidate progress, and market intelligence. <\/li>\n<li>Present research findings and recommendations to senior consultants and clients as required.
