We\u2019re building a media machine \u2014 and we need a content killer to drive it. <\/p>\n<p>If you: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Need to be told what to post <\/li>\n<li>Are slow to spot trends <\/li>\n<li>Haven\u2019t created content that gets real traction <\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t have receipts (metrics, wins, proof) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This isn\u2019t for you. <\/p>\n<p>But if you: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have grown accounts fast (0 to 50K+, 100K+, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Think in hooks, headlines, and scroll-stopping content <\/li>\n<li>Can lead a content team and turn a single idea into a week\u2019s worth of fire <\/li>\n<li>Want to work in a high-performance environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s talk. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Own <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Full social media strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts &#038; LinkedIn <\/li>\n<li>A daily\/weekly content engine built around the founder personal brand and BE\u2019s growth narrative <\/li>\n<li>Trend tracking and fast implementation (if it\u2019s hot, we post today, not next week) <\/li>\n<li>Leading and coordinating the in-house video editor, designer, writer, and videographer <\/li>\n<li>Writing (or overseeing) hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs that convert views to followers <\/li>\n<li>Content performance tracking, reporting, and iteration <\/li>\n<li>Building our short-form content volume and velocity \u2014 minimum 4\u20135 posts per week, per brand <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Success Looks Like <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High engagement growth on all platforms <\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 viral pieces of content monthly <\/li>\n<li>Clear positioning of the founder as a visionary brand in the affiliate SaaS space <\/li>\n<li>Daily inbound leads and community buzz from organic content <\/li>\n<li>Consistent publishing, clear creative direction, and performance-focused feedback <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>2\u20134 years managing and growing founder-led or brand social media accounts <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>You\u2019ve grown at least one account 50K+ organically \u2014 and can show us how <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ve created short-form content that went viral (and know why it did) <\/li>\n<li><b>Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of hooks, captions, trends, content pacing, visual storytelling <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead creatives and get content shipped <\/li>\n<li>Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, personal branding, SaaS, trading, or affiliate spaces <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We\u2019re NOT Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate marketers who just \u201crun strategy\u201d <\/li>\n<li>Designers or editors without growth thinking <\/li>\n<li>People who treat content like a checklist <\/li>\n<li>Followers.
