DIP processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that materials are available just in time for production to minimize storage costs and reduce waste. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain JIT inventory management systems and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and accuracy. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries based on production needs and schedules. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery times, quality, or quantities. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the company. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Production Coordination <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the SMT Line Leader and production planning team to understand production schedules and material requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that materials are delivered to the production line in the right quantities and at the right times. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor production flows to anticipate and resolve any potential material shortages. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that delivered materials meet quality standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Data Analysis and Reporting <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and production efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Use data to make informed decisions about inventory management and supplier relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Report on JIT performance metrics to the SMT &#038; DIP Workshop Manager and other stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Process Improvement <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve JIT processes and reduce material waste. <\/li>\n<li>Implement lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the impact of process changes and adjust strategies as necessary. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Documentation and Compliance <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, supplier agreements, and material deliveries. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to inventory management. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for JIT processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation is available and accessible for audits and inspections. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Educational Background <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are advantageous. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0646\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or logistics. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in the microelectronics industry and SMT &#038;
