You will focus on site inspections, contractor coordination, and safety and quality during project execution. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Key Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Resident Engineer in day\u2011to\u2011day supervision of substation civil works. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to verify contractor performance and compliance with drawings and approved methods. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction\u2011related documents. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and witness construction and testing activities to ensure contract compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Support final inspections, completion certification, and handover of works. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective implementation of safety measures on site. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years\u2019 experience in civil engineering projects, with proven experience in substation civil works in the UAE. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices in high\u2011voltage substations. <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in site supervision, contractor coordination, and reviewing technical submissions. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with UAE authority standards and utility requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities; detail\u2011oriented and proactive in resolving technical\/site issues. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in multicultural, fast\u2011paced environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience with TRANSCO, ADDC, DEWA or other major utilities in the UAE. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who We Are <\/h3>\n<p>Our priorities are people, ethics, safety, and sustainability.
