If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we\u2019d love to hear from you! <\/p>\n<p>This role is responsible for supporting and guiding marketplace vendors on day-to-day activities while connecting with internal stakeholders to deliver 360-degree support and a seamless vendor experience. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll be doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for supporting and guiding the marketplace vendors on all day-to-day activities while connecting with internal stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Building and managing relationships with vendors (existing and new) and ensuring that their onboarding journey is as smooth as possible. <\/li>\n<li>Training and development of vendors and adapting best practices to continuously drive efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor adoption and engagement activities such as vendor communication emails, Knowledge centre and more. <\/li>\n<li>Be an active contributor for the development of operational solutions based on vendor requirements, acting as the internal voice of vendors from an operational perspective. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the central point of contact to ensure the process from Purchase Order to product go-live on the website is followed, and stakeholders are updated. <\/li>\n<li>Support the Account Management team with vendor-related inquiries. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively support vendors by utilizing platform tools. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Customer Service Standards for the department are upheld and report exceptions for monitoring\/review;
