The role involves managing third-party security providers, liaising with government and military entities, and ensuring compliance with local safety legislation, policies, and emergency procedures to deliver a safe and secure environment for clients and staff. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and monitor security strategies and business objectives aligned with company goals. <\/li>\n<li>Direct and coordinate activities of third-party security teams. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with department heads to ensure staff compliance with security procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Organize and supervise property patrols across boundaries, offices, storage areas, public spaces, and event areas. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government, military, and law enforcement agencies when required. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review incident reports, ensuring proper follow-up and investigation. <\/li>\n<li>Plan, deliver, and facilitate regular employee security awareness training. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in emergency management, contingency planning, and crisis response (medical emergencies, fire alarms, bomb threats, intrusions). <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement security procedures across PPP and QAW operations. <\/li>\n<li>Support monitoring of compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, and government directives. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update security listings, including gate passes, emergency lists, and ID documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff and vehicle access control processes. <\/li>\n<li>Provide support during pre-event, live event, and post-event security operations. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in corporate evaluations, governmental reviews, and assessments of overall security effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and government bodies. <\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective management of third-party security teams. <\/li>\n<li>Successful implementation of security strategies, standards, and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Timely preparation and submission of reports. <\/li>\n<li>High compliance with safety legislation and security policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<h3>Education &#038; Certification <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required. <\/li>\n<li>Military background preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Mandatory: SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) and DPS (Department of Protective System) certifications. <\/li>\n<li>First Aid, Fire Safety, and Bomb Threat response certifications required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2\u20133 years in a similar role within hospitality, luxury hotels, or large organizations (5\u20136 star property experience preferred). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038; Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures, security operations, and incident reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic preferred;
