{"id":53293,"date":"2025-11-15T13:04:38","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:04:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/director-of-front-office-german-and-or-russian-speaker\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:04:38","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:04:38","slug":"director-of-front-office-german-and-or-russian-speaker","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/director-of-front-office-german-and-or-russian-speaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Director of Front Office &#8211; German and\/or Russian Speaker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2656142<\/p>\n<p><h3>Director of Front Office &#8211; German and\/or Russian Speaker <\/h3>\n<p>Join to apply for the <b>Director of Front Office &#8211; German and\/or Russian Speaker <\/b> role at <b>Saadiyat Rotana Resort &#038; Villas <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest\u2011focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Director of Front Office you are responsible for all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations and to maximize hotel revenue while delivering excellence at every opportunity. <\/li>\n<li>Control the availability of rooms and the day\u2011to\u2011day functions of the Front Office, such as handling guest arrival and departure and information requests. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay, respond to guest needs and resolve issues to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement availability controls to market segments to maximize hotel room, food &#038; beverage and other revenues where applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high performance standard among guest contact employees to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Inform management via reports about trends, guest impressions and problems affecting the guest experience or operations. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to turn rooms around with minimal downtime and to allocate arriving guests appropriately. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in decisions involving occupancy goals, marketing strategies and development of rates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education, Qualifications &#038; Experiences <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>You must be a college\/university degree graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
