  • Compliance & Labor Law <\/strong>: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-date on legal requirements and adapting policies as needed. <\/li>\n
  • Administrative Leadership <\/strong>: Manage office operations, handle contracts, and maintain vendor relationships for smooth administrative functions. <\/li>\n
  • Employee Relations <\/strong>: Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and supporting a positive work environment. <\/li>\n
  • HR Strategy <\/strong>: Support senior management in creating and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the luxury service sector. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Labor Law Expertise <\/strong>: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and proven experience managing legal compliance. <\/li>\n
