F&#038;B outlets, aligning with our brand&#8217;s growth strategy and market positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Manage lease negotiations and renewals for existing outlets, optimizing costs and ensuring terms that support our operational goals. <\/li>\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including LLs, developers, and F&#038;B industry influencers. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential growth areas, and upcoming real estate developments relevant to the F&#038;B sector. <\/li>\n<li>Present comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team, keeping them informed of market dynamics and investment opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations with LL and developers, securing favorable lease terms and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, including RERA. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project rollouts, adherence to brand standards, and operational excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate and cultivate partnerships with other F&#038;B entities, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. <\/li>\n<li>Apply financial acumen to evaluate investment opportunities, oversee P&#038;L management, and conduct feasibility studies for new site acquisitions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience: <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field with a strong focus on the F&#038;B industry. <\/li>\n<li>8 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate development, specifically within the F&#038;B retail sector. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in F&#038;B market trends, site evaluation, and the regulatory landscape of real estate in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure advantageous contracts and partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth in the F&#038;B sector.
