You will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D MEP models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting the site and design teams with clear, execution-ready documentation. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit and AutoCAD MEP. <\/li>\n<li>Generate shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and detailed sections based on project specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure clash-free, coordinated models. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts in coordination with site and design teams. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated drawing logs and ensure models meet the required Level of Detail (LOD) and project standards. <\/li>\n<li>Support the construction team with drawing revisions, RFIs, and documentation during execution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or Drafting Technology. <\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling, preferably within UAE construction projects. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other coordination tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with site teams and resolving technical issues during execution. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Traits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High attention to detail and precision. <\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator with strong
