compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor\/stockist networks across regions. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, negotiation, pricing strategy &#038; business development skills with willingness for international travel. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Min 8 to 10 recent years&#8217; private label in food manufacturing industries <\/li>\n<li>Well connected with FMCG buyers <\/li>\n<li>Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$ <\/li>\n<li>Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle <\/li>\n<li>Min 12 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary sales <\/li>\n<li>Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI <\/li>\n<li> Traveling to export markets upon requirement <\/li>\n<li>Min 12 years of experience in managing distributors across Asia or\/and Africa <\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs (new products developments), new product launch, JBP (joint business planning), distribution management\/KPIs, channel management <\/li>\n<li>Well experienced in developing and implementing export sales strategies <\/li>\n<li>Well experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain models <\/li>\n<li>Background in working with multi nationalities and culture <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS and reporting system <\/li>\n<li>Experience in dealing with GM and director levels <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
