{"id":53507,"date":"2025-11-15T13:04:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/director-of-sales-and-marketing-kleindienst-group\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:04:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:04:15","slug":"director-of-sales-and-marketing-kleindienst-group","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/director-of-sales-and-marketing-kleindienst-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Director of Sales and Marketing Kleindienst Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2654322<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>Kleindienst Group is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales &#038; Marketing to join its newest 5* hotel Nice at the World Islands in Dubai. <\/p>\n<h3>Role <\/h3>\n<p>The role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve occupancy and revenue targets for the hotel. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p>Strategic Planning: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the hotel\u2019s sales and marketing strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and brand standard. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting strategies as needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and conversion efforts across all market segments. <\/li>\n<li>Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to drive business growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing Strategy and Execution: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to increase online presence and direct bookings. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the PR team to manage media relations, press releases, and public relations activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Revenue Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Revenue Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional offers, and distribution plans to maximize revenue and occupancy. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive performance to make informed pricing and inventory decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Leadership and Development: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Budget Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business goals. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control expenses, track budget performance, and report variances to the management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting and Analysis: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI to the Commercial Director and senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Use analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years experience in Hotel Room sales, preferably in UAE.
