Based in one of Abu Dhabi&#8217;s most visually impressive properties, they need the very best people to manage and maintain the high standards of hospitality expected. There is now a need to recruit a Hospitality Manager who will be responsible for the overall experience of any visitor to the property. Reporting to the Director of General Services, this role will be accountable for the \u2018soft\u2019 FM aspects of managing the property. The role will take the lead in ensuring user\/guest\/visitor satisfaction with the building\u2019s facilities and taking personal accountability for its overall \u2018look and feel\u2019 as a prestige and high profile premises. This will include but not be restricted to aspects of the infrastructure such as catering, cleaning, gymnasium, surrounding grounds, office design-layout and auditorium. The role will consider and manage issues around user experience (to include VIP visitors), space optimization, service delivery cost and quality, and so forth. This will entail co-ordination of \u2018business as usual\u2019 building optimization as well as facilitating ad hoc events, visits, conferences, seminars etc. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the overall guest\/visitor experience for the property, focusing on high standards of hospitality and service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the soft facilities management (FM) aspects of the property, including catering, cleaning, gymnasium, grounds, office design-layout and auditorium. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure user experience, VIP management, space optimization, and look and feel of a prestige venue. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate business-as-usual building optimization and facilitate ad hoc events, visits, conferences, and seminars. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p>To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will come from a hospitality background with at least the past 8 years spent working in a luxury five star hotel, the past five of which must have been spent in the UAE, allowing for a strong cultural understanding.
