This includes assisting with day-to-day legal tasks and documentation. The role also involves processing legal department invoices and expenses. Additionally, the Paralegal monitors payment statuses to ensure timely follow-up and completion. <\/p>\n<p> <\/br> <\/br><\/p>\n<h3>ROLE PROFILE <\/h3>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<ul> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Draft and review legal documents, including standard templates and less complex agreements, under the supervision of a Senior Legal Counsel. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Assist with legal administrative tasks, including due diligence processes, licensing applications, and preparation of legal reports and correspondence. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Proofread and redline legal documents for accuracy, grammar, defined terms, and formatting, ensuring consistency and correctness. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Coordinate closing and post-closing activities, such as preparing checklists, executing documents, and handling registrations and original document distribution. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Conduct factual legal research and analysis using various resources, including legal databases and internal systems. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Manage legal department invoicing, track expenses, liaise with external law firms, and support document submissions to government authorities as needed. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br> <\/ul>\n<p> <\/br> <\/br><\/p>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS <\/h3>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<ul> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, ethical integrity, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership in business practices. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiating, and communication skills, combined with flexibility, independence, motivation, and strong interpersonal abilities. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a paralegal role within a comparable company, with a focus on general corporate and commercial legal work; Gulf Cooperation Council regional and international experience preferred. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Formal legal education required, with fluency in both Arabic and English essential. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br> <\/ul>\n<p> <\/br> <\/br><\/p>\n<h3>WHAT WE OFFER <\/h3>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<ul> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we\u2019re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
