The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Nokia equipment, site integration, and end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring project delivery meets customer quality and timeline expectations. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform installation, commissioning, and integration of Nokia BSS equipment (BTS, BSC, and related hardware\/software). <\/li>\n<li>Carry out site implementation activities, including hardware mounting, cabling, power connections, and software configurations. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT), integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure network performance and stability. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the RF, Transmission, and Core teams to ensure smooth site integration. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain installation reports, documentation, and as-built records. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with customer standards, health &#038; safety policies, and quality requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site support during critical implementations and escalations. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Nokia technical teams for issue resolution and configuration management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
