This role blends campaign strategy, partner development, and cross-functional collaboration &#8211; all designed to drive measurable outcomes across owned and paid channels. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be responsible for co-marketing plans across your portfolio, supporting acquisition, retention, and upsell. You\u2019ll also grow Tabby\u2019s agency relationships &#8211; helping agencies unlock new performance opportunities and build long-term, scalable partnerships. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll be doing <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead comarketing strategy for your portfolio of merchants and media agencies <\/li>\n<li>Manage end-to-end partner communication &#8211; from planning and launch to reporting and performance reviews <\/li>\n<li>Build long-term agency relationships that support scalable, high-performing campaign execution <\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding and enablement of new agency partners to integrate with Tabby Ads <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Campaign Performance and Growth <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor campaign and pipeline health using internal dashboards and tools <\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to improve ROAS and increase investment <\/li>\n<li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Tabby Ads surfaces <\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless campaign delivery across app, push, email, and WhatsApp in collaboration with internal teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Brand Studio teams to align on campaign goals and execution <\/li>\n<li>Share partner feedback and insights to improve internal workflows and influence product development <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills, Knowledge &#038; Expertise <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll need <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u20136 years of experience in digital marketing, agency partnerships, or ad sales <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage advertisers or agencies, deliver performance outcomes, and drive commercial growth <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital campaign strategy <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills &#8211;
