They\u2019re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and own business risk management processes across our crypto entities. You\u2019ll take an analytical approach to developing sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the consistency and effectiveness of the entire first line of defence for crypto entities <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with key first\u2011line functions, coordinating with Business Risk Managers in each of them <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve how risks are assessed and managed, including how to handle, report, and prioritise risk issues and incidents <\/li>\n<li>Deliver effective crypto risk management frameworks and minimising risk issues\/incidents <\/li>\n<li>Help define and execute the growth required in this space, aligning with business needs and regulator expectations <\/li>\n<li>Create and enforce guidelines and risk frameworks for our first line of defence <\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, document, and review operational risks <\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and test controls <\/li>\n<li>Create and review key risk indicators <\/li>\n<li>Register risk events <\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliver risk incident reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in a relevant area (finance, economics, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, or management consulting, preferably in crypto, wealth and trading, or financial services <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to banking operations and crypto regulations <\/li>\n<li>Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data <\/li>\n<li>A solid track record of achievement, backed by compelling and material individual contributions <\/li>\n<li>The ability to quickly and proactively learn and assume increasing responsibilities <\/li>\n<li>An organised and methodological approach <\/li>\n<li>Dynamic interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Our Commitment to Diversity &#038; Inclusion <\/h3>\n<p>Building a global financial super app isn\u2019t enough.
