The ideal candidate will bring local market expertise, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to close transactions efficiently and professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on suitable office leasing or purchase options tailored to their business needs <\/li>\n<li>Conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting key features and benefits <\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, occupancy trends, and zoning regulations <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, building managers, and developers <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports to assist clients in decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with admin and photographer to market listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle using professional photos, floor plans, and descriptions <\/li>\n<li>Oversee lease documentation, DLD procedures, and ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on new commercial developments, tower vacancies, and market trends within JLT and Business Bay <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Candidate Profile: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum one (1) year of real estate experience in Dubai <\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with JLT and Business Bay properties <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully closing office leasing and\/or sales deals <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills <\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and major property listing portals <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
