Location: UAE. Employment Type: Full-time. <\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a visionary <b>Head of Awareness &#038; Engagement <\/b> to lead outreach, campaigns, and community participation initiatives. This role will focus on driving impactful communication strategies, strengthening international partnerships, and enhancing public engagement to support organizational objectives and elevate the institution\u2019s presence locally and globally. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of awareness and engagement strategies in line with organizational vision. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee planning and delivery of campaigns, events, and community participation programs. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain international partnerships, including MOUs and representation in global and regional forums. <\/li>\n<li>Drive community engagement through innovative initiatives, workshops, and surveys to increase participation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of media messages and awareness campaigns with strategic objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain stakeholder and beneficiary databases, ensuring accurate reporting and insights. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise creative communication efforts and adoption of digital engagement tools. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred). <\/li>\n<li>6+ years\u2019 relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master\u2019s degree). <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in designing and implementing awareness campaigns, partnerships, and events. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, community engagement, and stakeholder management capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital communication tools and performance measurement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Core Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Change Leadership <\/li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking <\/li>\n<li>Community &#038; Stakeholder Engagement <\/li>\n<li>Partnership Management <\/li>\n<li>Campaign &#038; Event Management <\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis &#038; Impact Measurement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are passionate about leading awareness initiatives, fostering community participation, and building strategic partnerships, we\u2019d love to hear from you!
