We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Product Specialist <\/strong> who is passionate about digital solutions and customer experience. As a key member of the Digital Team, this role acts as a bridge between business and IT, supporting the implementation and optimization of digital systems that drive commercial growth across GCC markets. <\/p>\n

Purpose of the Role <\/strong> <\/h3>\n

The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and optimization of digital systems. <\/p>\n

  • Digital Product Development: <\/strong> Assist in executing product enhancements and feature rollouts across platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) <\/strong>, SAP Hybris, Syndigo, Adobe Experience Manager, and Agent Platforms. <\/strong> <\/li>\n
  • System Maintenance & Optimization: <\/strong> Monitor and maintain digital systems, ensuring smooth operations and identifying areas for improvement. <\/li>\n
  • Project Coordination: <\/strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives using agile methodologies. <\/li>\n
  • Data & Performance Tracking: <\/strong> Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to enhance system efficiency and user experience. <\/li>\n
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: <\/strong> Support UAT, SIT, and Smoke Testing for new features and system updates to ensure quality and functionality. <\/li>\n
  • Documentation & Process Support: <\/strong> Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and system configurations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. <\/li>\n
    • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> 2\u20134 years in Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Digital Product Management. <\/li>\n
    • Technical Skills: <\/strong> Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications, familiarity with integrated digital architectures, knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools, interest in AI-driven solutions and automation, strong analytical skills for process and system optimization, ability to document and manage end-to-end processes, and exposure to eCommerce, Direct-to-Consumer, or Retail environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
