In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems for our high-end residential projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, sustainability, and overall quality of the mechanical designs that contribute to the luxurious living experiences we provide. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review Mechanical design documents, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs, taking into consideration best international codes\/standards, local authorities\/service providers regulations, ease of maintenance, QA\/QC guidelines, cost, and sales agreements obligations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to respond to pre-qualification documents, mechanical material submittals, RFI, RFPs, TEOs, invoices, and agreements with service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and liaise with other team members, including mechanical engineers, architects, structural engineers, infrastructure engineers, landscaping engineers, project management team, commercial team, and FM team. <\/li>\n<li>Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
