We all work together to shape the future \u2013 boldly, customer-focused and with a strong team spirit. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b><br \/>We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Video Systems Department for the region North Africa, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive professional relationships with clients. <\/li>\n<li>Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. <\/li>\n<li>Have a good understanding of the businesses&#8217; products or services and be able to advise others about them. <\/li>\n<li>Acting as both a thought leader and a brand ambassador. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products or services to prospective clients. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople. <\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company\u2019s products or services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master&#8217;s degree in engineering, business administration, management or marketing. <\/li>\n<li>At least 3+ year experience in sales &#038; business development and\/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies. <\/li>\n<li>Proven record of sales growth. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Clear verbal and written communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential. <\/li>\n<li>Drive and self-motivation. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English and Arabic. <\/li>\n<li>Strong Technical background in security industry is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Keenfinity we don\u2019t just build innovative solutions \u2014 we shape a smarter, more connected world through technology.
