As a RegTech platform backed by a leading GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) consultancy, we are on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses achieve compliance excellence. <\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose <\/b><br \/>We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify, nurture and secure new business opportunities, engage with prospects (potential clients), and deliver impactful product demonstrations. We&#8217;re looking for a hunter; a high-energy, self-starting Business Developer with extensive SaaS sales experience. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from cold outreach to closing targeting small, mid-market and enterprise clients. <\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic global role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment and wants to make a visible impact on revenue growth. <\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Market Research and Opportunity Identification <\/b><br \/>Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities aligned with azakaw&#8217;s strategic objectives.<br \/>Analyze global industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to build a pipeline of prospective clients.<br \/>Qualify potential leads and prioritize outreach based on business potential and strategic fit.<br \/>Understand buyer personas (compliance, ops, finance, legal) and pain points across segments. <\/li>\n<li><b>Prospect\/Client Engagement <\/b><br \/>Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our SaaS offerings to deliver value.<br \/>Facilitate ongoing communication with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional areas for business growth.<br \/>Represent azakaw at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed. <\/li>\n<li><b>Sales and Demos <\/b><br \/>Lead product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring each session to address specific prospect\/client needs and showcase the benefits of azakaw\u2019s SaaS solutions.<br \/>Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and other documentation to support the sales process.<br \/>Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed\/won including contract execution.<br \/>Drive consultative discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align azakaw solutions accordingly.<br \/>Enhance and craft compelling proposals and pitch decks with internal support from marketing and compliance SMEs. <\/li>\n<li><b>Deal Closing and Account Management <\/b><br \/>Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.<br \/>Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both the client and azakaw.<br \/>Maintain clean, organized records in HubSpot; forecast accurately, and report to leadership weekly.<br \/>Negotiate with confidence and close deals independently, mid-market and enterprise.<br \/>Manage ongoing client relationships post-sale, identifying new business opportunities within the client base. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Experience <\/b><br \/>Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales roles, specifically within the <b>SaaS industry <\/b>.<br \/>Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription-based sales and client success strategies.<br \/>Hunter-Mentality: We are looking for a self-motivated sales individual\/closer who thrives on outbound prospecting, relentless follow-ups, and turning cold leads into signed deals.<br \/>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor<br \/>Strong understanding of Strategic selling with perspective methodologies.<br \/>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.<br \/>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>Compliance and GRC experience preferred<br \/>Fluent in English &#038; Arabic<br \/>Financial services experience is a plus. <\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications <\/b><br \/>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. <\/p>\n<p><b>Compensation &#038;
