The main duties and responsibilities of this role: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise daily operations and guide the F&#038;B service team to meet departmental goals and service standards. <\/li>\n<li>Lead pre-shift briefings to communicate duties, updates, and directives from management to ensure team alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are motivated, productive, and delivering consistent guest service. <\/li>\n<li>Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and escalation where needed. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate reports and records, and conduct regular checks and audits to uphold service quality and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on food, beverage, and destination dining themes, ensuring a memorable guest experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About You <\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&#038;B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone\/branded restaurant. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable). <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera (Cloud), Micros and Sevenrooms. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About The Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
