deliver training programs focused on nail care sales and techniques. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrate proper usage and benefits of nail products to staff &#038; customers. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coach sales teams on effective selling, upselling &#038; customer engagement. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor training and sales performance, adapting strategies as needed. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stay updated on market trends and new product launches. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proven <strong>sales experience in nail care products <\/strong> (mandatory). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong background in <strong>live product demonstrations &#038;
