The hotel features 391 guest rooms and suites with dedicated Fairmont Gold rooms and lounge. A total of 11 food and beverage outlets on property offer international dining options including Michelin Guide recommended 2022 and 2023 Little Miss India, Frevo &#8211; Brazilian Churrasco experience, Seagrill Bistro, Ba Restaurant and Lounge, Blowfish, Flow Kitchen, The Cigar Room, Vuvuzela and others. Fairmont The Palm also features an expansive pool and beach area with a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai &#8211; The Art Of Well Being and the Fairmont Falcons Kids\u2019 Club. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all administration and management of the housekeeping operation. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning and vision of the department. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the highest levels of guest service through the application of all our hotels and Accor Core standards and standard operating policies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure company rooms core standards are implemented and audited for all shifts and positions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of VIP rooms and spot checks on other rooms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety are achieved in the department and throughout the hotel. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to ensure training for Housekeeping Managers\/ Assistant Manager \/Supervisors to their highest potential. <\/li>\n<li>Track and address all guest comments and concerns. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure lost and found procedures are followed through accurately and consistently. <\/li>\n<li>Prepares Annual Linen Budget basing calculations on quantity inventory and linen losses. <\/li>\n<li>Prepares Annual Housekeeping FF&#038;E and Operating Equipment Budget in consultation with Management. <\/li>\n<li>Prepares annual Uniform Budget. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a close working relationship with all hotel departments and be a positive contributor to the leadership team of the hotel. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in maximizing hotel profitability by properly managing expenses, labor and other material resources. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare department operational budget. <\/li>\n<li>Effective purchasing program allowing for operating supplies and expenses within the budget. <\/li>\n<li>To be health &#038; safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment. <\/li>\n<li>Oversees the organization and ensures accuracy of regular inventories and analysis of losses. <\/li>\n<li>Understands and is aware of all fire and safety procedures as well as occupational health and safety. <\/li>\n<li>To spot-check staff areas for cleanliness. <\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days of assignment and additional duties. <\/li>\n<li>Liaison for all external contractors, auditing their services regularly and ensuring their standards meet FHR standards. <\/li>\n<li>Effective recruitment, selection &#038; development of leaders and Heartists. <\/li>\n<li>Manages staff and ensures productive, proactive work ethics is maintained and illustrated to staff at all times.
