The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience in <b>SAP Payroll localized for Kuwait <\/b>, along with a solid understanding of SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the <b>design, configuration, and testing <\/b> of SAP HCM Payroll for Kuwait\/KSA in line with local labor laws and organizational policies. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <b>requirement gathering sessions <\/b> with business stakeholders to understand payroll processes and translate them into SAP solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate <b>payroll processing <\/b>, including earnings, deductions, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), loans, and retroactive calculations per Kuwait regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Configure <b>taxation, social security (PIFSS), indemnity <\/b>, and other statutory components specific to Kuwait. <\/li>\n<li>Support data migration, payroll simulations, and <b>UAT (User Acceptance Testing) <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Provide <b>production support <\/b>, troubleshoot payroll issues, and implement changes or enhancements. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including <b>Time Management, PA, OM <\/b>, and Finance for integration touchpoints. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed <b>documentation <\/b> including functional specs, process flows, and end-user training materials. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <b>local regulatory requirements <\/b> and internal audit standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills &#038; Qualifications: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <b>5 years of experience <\/b> as an SAP HCM Consultant with at least <b>2 full-cycle implementations <\/b> of SAP Kuwait\/KSA Payroll. <\/li>\n<li>Deep functional knowledge of <b>SAP Payroll localization for Kuwait <\/b> (including legal compliance and reporting). <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in <b>Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <b>schemas, rules, wage types <\/b>, and payroll cluster analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <b>SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors Integration <\/b>, or <b>SAP S\/4HANA <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <b>end-of-service calculations <\/b> and <b>localization nuances <\/b> in the GCC region. <\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting public sector or oil &#038;
