The Team Leader will be responsible for driving product and service promotion, identifying and securing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to optimize profitability. <\/p>\n

Team Management: <\/h3>\n

Ensure that each individual in the team and the area of responsibility as a whole meet the targets assigned for profitable sales growth. <\/p>\n

Collect weekly reports from the team about their target, market sales, and new products in the market. <\/p>\n

Delegate short-term targets for the team members. <\/p>\n

Motivate the team members and make sure that they achieve their targets. <\/p>\n

Provide regular performance reviews and feedback. <\/p>\n

Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. <\/p>\n

Ensure that team members follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. <\/p>\n

Send bi-weekly reports to the Line Manager about individual and team performances. <\/p>\n

Prepare and manage the yearly budget and marketing expenses in coordination with the Line Manager. <\/p>\n

Forecast Monthly and Quarterly figures in relation to the yearly budget. <\/p>\n

Approve SOPs, operational workflows, and team-related requests such as leave, per diem, and reimbursements in line with company policies. <\/p>\n

Ensure all members of the team adhere to Zahrawi\u2019s standards. <\/p>\n

Market Knowledge: <\/h3>\n

Conduct market research to identify potential new customers. <\/p>\n

Analyse market trends to assess new products, including their advantages and disadvantages. <\/p>\n

Evaluate product improvements and new products for their industry position. <\/p>\n

Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches and events. <\/p>\n

Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, networking, benchmarking best practices and engaging in professional societies to stay current with best practices. <\/p>\n

Business Development: <\/h3>\n

Establish contact with potential customers to introduce our products, assess their needs, and explain how we can assist them. <\/p>\n

Offer support, information, and guidance to prospective customers through product demonstrations and collecting their feedback. <\/p>\n

Follow up with new customers post-demo to negotiate contracts and packages. <\/p>\n

Ensure all contract details are in full compliance with our rules and regulations. <\/p>\n

Visits to customers to ensure quality service and report sales leads to the team. <\/p>\n

Marketing: <\/h3>\n

Coordinate with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be done. <\/p>\n

Maintain relationships with existing customers by offering support, information, and guidance. <\/p>\n

Recommend new products based on customers’ needs to strengthen the relationship. <\/p>\n

Provide existing customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gathering their feedback. <\/p>\n

Answer product-related queries from customers in a professional and timely manner. <\/p>\n

Suggest service improvements to enhance the customer relationship. <\/p>\n

Provide valuable product recommendations and suggestions to customers to drive revenue growth. <\/p>\n

Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers. <\/p>\n

Ensure quality service by adhering to Zahrawi standards. <\/p>\n

Contribute to team goals by achieving annual targets set by the management and assisting the team when required. <\/p>\n

Operating Theatre (If Applicable): <\/h3>\n

Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing support with any equipment-related issues they may encounter during procedures. <\/p>\n

Reports: <\/h3>\n

Periodic reporting to the Line Manager. <\/p>\n

Data Track: <\/h3>\n

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold. <\/p>\n

Orders: <\/h3>\n

Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator. <\/p>\n

Follow up with the Procurement & Logistics team with regards to sending them the products and ensuring that they reach them on time. <\/p>\n

Invoicing: <\/h3>\n

Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate invoicing and follow up on payments and collections. <\/p>\n

Delivery: <\/h3>\n

Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries. <\/p>\n

Application: <\/h3>\n

Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment usage. <\/p>\n

Assist the customers with operating the equipment. <\/p>\n

Conduct validation tests with the customers to ensure proper understanding of equipment functionality. <\/p>\n

Address and resolve any issues encountered by customers during equipment use. <\/p>\n

Communication with Principal Companies: <\/h3>\n

Communicate with principal companies for any technical support needed. <\/p>\n

Negotiate with principal companies for better pricing to ensure that the customer is satisfied. <\/p>\n

Approach new companies with the guidance of the Line Manager. <\/p>\n
