{"id":53997,"date":"2025-11-15T13:06:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/technician-installation-4\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:06:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:06:11","slug":"technician-installation-4","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/technician-installation-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Technician, Installation 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2672332<\/p>\n<p><p>Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects, and metal fabrication. <\/p>\n<p><b>Essential Duties And Responsibilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects, and metal fabrication <\/li>\n<li>Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints <\/li>\n<li>Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks <\/li>\n<li>Assist with basic mechanical fabrication and basic rack wiring <\/li>\n<li>Projector and screen support structure installations <\/li>\n<li>Test point to point functionality of systems <\/li>\n<li>Field installation of control programs (AMX\/Crestron) &#8211; upload and download capability <\/li>\n<li>Mentor Level I and Level II Technicians <\/li>\n<li>Load and test code for control and DSP systems <\/li>\n<li>Make minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer <\/li>\n<li>Provide site supervisor of install team with direction from the Project Manager <\/li>\n<li>Perform client training as needed <\/li>\n<li>Customer liaison in absence of Project Manager <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for job documentation as needed <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate job site leadership <\/li>\n<li>Assume Foreman duties for active projects <\/li>\n<li>Travel to various job sites required <\/li>\n<li>Other duties assigned as needed <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills And Abilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively communicate with employees, customers, and colleagues <\/li>\n<li>Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines <\/li>\n<li>Basic computer knowledge <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage medium to large projects <\/li>\n<li>Minor programming capability (AMX\/Creston) &#8211; changes and troubleshooting <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education and\/or Experience <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 5 years of audiovisual installation experience preferred. Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred.
