highly qualified <b>Guest Relation Officer for SHALWA <\/b> where He\/She will be responsible for effective communication, promotion and maintenance of good relations with the guests. <\/p>\n<p><b>Essential Functions <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Extends personal service and attention to all guests. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the guest is allocated the accommodation he\/she is expecting. <\/li>\n<li>Supplies information and responds to guest queries. <\/li>\n<li>Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any queries. <\/li>\n<li>Daily printing, reviewing actioning reports. <\/li>\n<li>Establishes, promotes and maintains good public relations and enhance sales for the restaurants. <\/li>\n<li>To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills. <\/li>\n<li>To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment. <\/li>\n<li>To adhere to rules and regulations at all times. <\/li>\n<li>To report any equipment failures\/problems to the Maintenance Department. <\/li>\n<li>To pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department. <\/li>\n<li>To participate in any Training\/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management. <\/li>\n<li>To assist the Manager in any task outlined\/detailed by him\/her. <\/li>\n<li>To comply with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability. <\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the standards required by Law and by
