A \u2018Can-Do!\u2019 Attitude Coupled with An Inherent Flair for Taking Ownership Makes You a Highly Motivated Go-Getter. <\/p>\n<p><b>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Diploma or Certification in Fire Life Safety Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with specialised training in fire alarm and suppression systems is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on Fire Life Safety Maintenance experience in a Luxury Hotel in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive working knowledge and Demonstrated Expertise with Simplex Fire Alarm Systems and comprehensive hotel Fire Safety Systems, including fire hydrant pumps, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting. <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of Dubai Civil Defense regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements for Fire Safety Systems in hospitality properties. <\/li>\n<li>A proven track record in performing systematic testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Fire Life Safety Infrastructure with precision. <\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with Operating and Maintaining Fire Alarm control panels, pumps, detectors, and related Fire Safety equipment. <\/li>\n<li>A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated. <\/li>\n<li>Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights. <\/li>\n<li>Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus). <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of FIVE. <\/li>\n<li>A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a \u2018Can-Do!\u2019 Spirit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts thorough inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of Fire Life Safety Systems including Simplex Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke Detectors, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Pumps, and Emergency Evacuation Infrastructure. <\/li>\n<li>Performs routine testing, calibration, and functional checks of Fire Detection and Suppression Equipment, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Civil Defence regulations and FIVE\u2019s premium safety standards. <\/li>\n<li>Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots Fire Alarm Control Panels and associated infrastructure with Precision, delivering Flawless technical performance. <\/li>\n<li>Identifies and Reports potential fire hazards, malfunctions, or safety risks immediately to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer for corrective action. <\/li>\n<li>Responds rapidly to system alarms, fire safety work orders, and urgent maintenance requests, safeguarding uninterrupted Guest and \u2018FIVER\u2019 safety throughout the property. <\/li>\n<li>Assists in installations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects related to Fire Life Safety Systems, guaranteeing alignment with Operational Policies and Protocols. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborates closely with the Engineering Team and Dubai Civil Defence inspectors during audits, inspections, and compliance exercises, ensuring Seamless Cooperation and Documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains Detailed inspection reports, service logs, and compliance records to support audits, certifications, and continuous Safety Improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Supports fire safety training, motivating \u2018FIVERs\u2019 to embrace a Culture of Awareness, Preparedness, and Proactive emergency response. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures all Fire Life Safety equipment rooms remain pristine, organised, and fully accessible in accordance with Safety and Operational Standards. <\/li>\n<li>Upholds FIVE\u2019s Top-Notch brand standards and emergency response protocols, guaranteeing that every Guest Journey is secure, seamless, and delivered to \u2018FIVE-Star\u2019 expectations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Team <\/b><br \/>\u2018FIVERs\u2019 are Cultured yet Chic, Confident yet Self-Effacing, and Work Hard to Play even Harder.
