This role requires deep expertise in fa\u00e7ade engineering, materials, and construction methods, with the ability to provide strategic and technical guidance from concept through to completion. The Senior Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring that fa\u00e7ade solutions meet design intent, performance criteria, and budget constraints while upholding the highest standards of quality and innovation. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead fa\u00e7ade design and engineering throughout all project stages, ensuring technical excellence from concept to construction. <\/li>\n<li>Provide specialized guidance on fa\u00e7ade materials, systems, performance, and detailing to achieve architectural and functional goals. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all fa\u00e7ade designs comply with applicable codes, sustainability standards, and fire safety regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Review and validate fa\u00e7ade calculations, performance criteria, and technical specifications to maintain design integrity. <\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple fa\u00e7ade projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within defined scope and budget. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effectively with architects, structural, and MEP teams, as well as fa\u00e7ade specialists and contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and review technical submissions, shop drawings, and mock-ups to confirm alignment with design intent. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality reviews, peer checks, and mentorship for junior engineers to uphold high technical standards. <\/li>\n<li>Promote innovative materials, sustainable strategies, and digital design tools in fa\u00e7ade development and research. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing professional consultancy and support for proposals and project delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fa\u00e7ade design and consultancy. <\/li>\n<li>Proven record in leading complex fa\u00e7ade projects across multiple building typologies. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of glass, aluminium, steel, stone, GFRC, and composite fa\u00e7ade systems. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of structural and thermal performance principles related to fa\u00e7ades. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international fa\u00e7ade standards (EN, ASTM, CWCT, AAMA, and others). <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of BIM coordination and digital workflows is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. <\/li>\n<li>High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
