Let&#8217;s work together to achieve great things and unlock new possibilities for our employees, customers, and communities. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Purpose <\/h3>\n<p>The role is expected to require the candidate to dedicate the majority of their time to Equity Capital Markets transactions with a strong focus on coordinating and undertaking investor dialogue through direct external channels and indirect internal FAB channels. This requires a skillset that blends an understanding of equity markets and ECM transactions across both international and MENA markets. <\/p>\n<p>Candidates need to demonstrate a strong understanding of, a strong interest in, and ideally experience of working in, ECM, Equity Syndicate and\/or Equity Sales within an investment banking and\/or equity brokerage set up. <\/p>\n<p>The opportunity will offer the candidate ample room for personal growth and development within a tight but highly effective team. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<p><b>Client Management <\/b> <b>and Business Development: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists and supports the Corporate Finance advisory in originating and executing transactions in areas of Corporate Finance; <\/li>\n<li>Participates in client meetings, as required, in the context of transaction origination and execution; <\/li>\n<li>Participates in all aspects of transaction origination and execution in areas of Corporate Finance; <\/li>\n<li>Drafts and prepares marketing presentations, pitch materials, books, information memoranda, investor presentations and term sheets on a timely basis; <\/li>\n<li>Develops full financial models on corporate finance transactions and conducts valuation analyses using appropriate valuation methodologies including (public market and transaction multiples, DCF, LBO, DDM, merger model, etc.); <\/li>\n<li>Conducts evaluation of business plans \/ business models and project reports for business development and\/or mandate execution; <\/li>\n<li>Assists with appropriate reviews (financial, legal, risk, compliance, etc.) , due diligence, and other administrative matters relating to the team\u2019s activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements departmental policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural\/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service; <\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while taking into account \u2018international leading practice\u2019, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Self-Management Responsibilities: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year. <\/li>\n<li>Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended. <\/li>\n<li>Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role. <\/li>\n<li>Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Performance Indicators: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turnaround time for client services\/ transactions; <\/li>\n<li>Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures of FAB and the department (including risk, credit, compliance); <\/li>\n<li>Timely completion of performance appraisals for the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualification: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or any related discipline; <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or any related discipline (Optional) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Experience: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking and\/or mergers &#038;
