We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect <\/b> to lead the end-to-end architecture design and integration of enterprise platforms across the organization. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and scalability needs. <\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and future\u2011ready solutions. <\/p>\n

  • Lead architecture design and implementation across enterprise platforms, including:\n
      \n
    • Productivity & Collaboration tools <\/li>\n
    • Content Management Systems (CMS) <\/li>\n
    • ERP platforms (Finance, HR, Procurement\/Sourcing) <\/li>\n
    • Legal & Governance systems <\/li>\n
    • Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions <\/li>\n
    • AI\/ML-driven platforms <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices <\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions <\/li>\n
    • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, IT governance, and regulatory compliance (banking standards preferred) <\/li>\n
    • Drive integration strategies across multiple platforms and legacy systems <\/li>\n
    • Work closely with security teams to ensure robust, secure architecture design (Zero Trust, IAM, Data Protection, etc.) <\/li>\n
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors <\/li>\n
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams <\/li>\n
    • Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations <\/li>\n
    • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of all deployed solutions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Skills & Expertise <\/b> <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Strong experience in Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture <\/b> <\/li>\n
      • Hands\u2011on experience in Security Architecture principles and frameworks <\/b> <\/li>\n
      • Expertise in enterprise systems:\n
          \n
        • ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar) <\/li>\n
        • Content Management Systems <\/li>\n
        • Collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, etc.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Experience with:\n
            \n
          • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) <\/li>\n
          • API\u2011led architecture & microservices <\/li>\n
          • Integration frameworks and middleware <\/li>\n
          • Intelligent Automation (RPA, IPA tools) <\/li>\n
          • AI\/ML solution integration <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Strong understanding of:\n

            • Banking\/Financial Services domain (preferred) <\/li>\n
            • Regulatory and compliance standards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as:\n

              • TOGAF <\/li>\n
              • Zachman (optional) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Qualifications <\/b> <\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field <\/li>\n
                • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in architecture roles <\/li>\n
                • Relevant certifications (preferred):\n
                    \n
                  • TOGAF <\/li>\n
                  • Cloud Certifications (Azure\/AWS) <\/li>\n
                  • Security Certifications (CISSP, SABSA, etc.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Soft Skills <\/b> <\/h3>\n

                    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills <\/li>\n
                    • Ability to influence and drive decision\u2011making at senior levels <\/li>\n
