This is a performance\u2011driven role, where success is measured by the quality and volume of leads generated. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical thinker with a hands\u2011on approach to land support in campaign management and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently across multiple digital platforms. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Content Creation, Website Management and Optimization:\n<ul>\n<li>Develop engaging content (blog posts, website copy, social media updates, etc.) and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience. <\/li>\n<li>Support with website content execution and optimization to enhance user experience and performance. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and manage blog content that enhances organic traffic and engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Work with external parties, such as digital agencies, to support with content angles and execution in Google Ads and other platforms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Offline Marketing &#038; Stakeholder Outreach:\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis &#038; Reporting:\n<ul>\n<li>Track and analyze lead performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Provide data\u2011driven insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and brand positioning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration &#038; Strategy Development:\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Content Manager to develop and refine digital marketing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Senior Videographer &#038; Photographer to produce engaging digital content. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical\/Functional Competencies: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Expertise:\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &#038; Instagram Ads), and LinkedIn Ads. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SEO, lead conversion strategies, and digital analytics tools. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in audience targeting, A\/B testing, and performance optimization. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Marketing &#038; Communication Skills:\n<ul>\n<li>Strong content creation abilities for lead generation campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve lead quality. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with partners and agencies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Educational Qualification: <\/h3>\n<p>Graduate Degree in Marketing <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Total 6 years of experience with minimum 2 years of hands\u2011on experience in digital marketing, including social media, website management, SEO, and SEM. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience on either Client or Agency side. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in working and managing external agency and cross\u2011collaborating with various business functions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join GMG? <\/h3>\n<p>At GMG, we\u2019re dedicated to nurturing a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes growth, innovation, and well\u2011being.
