The individual is also responsible for owning business outcomes and implementation strategy while supporting teams in YMA Digital Enterprise Solutions Business Unit team in developing a differentiation in a high-growth competitive environment in YMA region. <strong>Main focus area is UAE <\/strong><strong>.<br \/><\/strong>In addition, the candidate might be asked to extend focused Business Development role <strong>in  <\/strong><strong>global <\/strong> as secondary task towards matrix portfolio growth.<br \/><strong>Key Responsibilities &#038; Accountabilities<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for solutions development that help to resolve their process problems and grow their business leveraging technologies such as APC, RTO, Process Simulation, and AI\/ML. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for process optimization solution portfolio management. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for providing expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical effort required to develop complex solutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the problem identification with customers. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to design appropriate solutions based on the problem indentation. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to define functional requirements through client interviews, documentation analysis and workflow process mapping. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to convince customers with the proposed solutions through discussion, feasibility study, benefit estimation study, and PoC\/PoV. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to execute feasibility study, benefit estimation study, and PoC\/PoV. <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition of measure success metrics of proposing solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Design of solution architectures and detailed design specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Development &#038; evaluation of proposed activities. <\/li>\n<li>Leading the project delivery team in the PoC\/PoV activities. <\/li>\n<li>Reporting &#038; after discussion <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Responsible to providing Sure Service support to clients under contract. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for new customer approach with sales team based on market analysis &#038; demand. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for existing customers approach with sales team by consultative approach which includes reviewing &#038; updating their current operation &#038; solutions and initiating opportunity sales. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to design sales promotion materials such as demonstration, presentation, success stories, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Solutions demonstration &#038; presentation. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overall day-to-day management of assigned workstream activities\/deliverables related to applicable systems and technology applications and support overall activities. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to ensure timing and quality of assigned deliverables completion to develop COE capability. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to ensure best practice approaches and methods are being used as appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Support for solutions training for Yokogawa salesperson \/ engineers by making training programs and delivery of the training program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification And Experience<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Eng.\/Comp Science or minimum 8 years industry experience in software development, engineering discipline and sales <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years\u2019 experience designing or implementing process optimization solutions such as APC, RTO, automated decision-making system. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on Solution development. <\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to travel throughout the YMA region. <\/li>\n<li>Business trip to other area (global) will be expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem Finding &#038; experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals or specialized chemical industries. <\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge &#038; experience in related technology areas: Process Control, Advanced Process Control, Realtime Optimization, Process Simulation, Historian applications (OSI PI a plus), Visualization, Automated decision control, Scheduling etc. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &#038; experience of software analysis, design, methodology, and architecture <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on Latest\u2019s market trend. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on IIOT integration concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &#038;
